With a background across support work, operations, business development and service coordination, I’m passionate about building a provider that delivers high-quality support while also creating a strong, values-driven team culture. I love solving complex problems, building meaningful relationships and finding practical ways to make support feel easier for participants, families and support workers. At VGSS, I focus on client relationships, service quality, team development and the overall direction of the business. I believe great support is built on trust, consistency, communication and the ability to actually follow through.

You may however hear from me when I am also assisting with admin tasks like booking in interviews, emails and service agreements.     Hi there, I’m Andrew but you can call me Drew. In my years of being a support worker I’ve primarily assisted young men with ASD and/or ADHD but have also had experience with Cystic Fibrosis, Fragile X Syndrome, Peg Feeding, Depression, Social Anxiety and more. I’m naturally a very patient, understanding and compassionate person and have an upbeat but calm nature that I bring to my clients. My primary focus is always making sure my clients feel seen and heard while fostering and celebrating their independence and individuality. Along with offering tailored support, I also assist clients with music tutoring, music therapy and guitar/ bass/ ukulele lessons. Outside of work, I’m usually obsessing over specialty coffee, rock climbing or playing guitar. I’ve performed folk, studied jazz, toured with an ABBA tribute band, and now play metal with my band The Stranger — but most of all, I love spending time with my partner and our Italian Greyhound, Archer.
